Dr. Josh Chow, DO
Originally from Texas, Dr. Chow had always dreamed of living in Colorado. He earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 and finally got his chance to move here to complete his training in the Denver area at the Sky Ridge Medical Center residency program.
Dr. Chow is board-certified in Family Medicine with additional training in wilderness medicine, office-based surgical procedures, and lifestyle medicine. He has been practicing for nearly 10 years in Colorful Colorado.
As an osteopathically trained physician, he believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. He believes in working with his patients to address their specific concerns and help achieve with health goals.
Dr. Chow enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife Katherine, their 3 young kiddos, and their rambunctious dog Groot. He enjoys training for ultramarathons, gardening, and keeping bees and chickens.

Katherine serves as the Office Manager of
Ohana Medical, where she ensures every aspect of the practice runs efficiently and feels welcoming. From patient scheduling to creating a warm, organized environment, she supports the clinic's mission of family-centered, relationship-based care.
A mother of three, Katherine brings the same dedication and balance she has at home to her professional life. She is also a small business owner and a published children's book author, blending creativity and entrepreneurship into her daily work. Partnering with her husband, Dr. Josh Chow, she embodies the true meaning of Ohana by helping every patient feel like part of the family.
